UNAUTHORIZED AMERIGAS METER CHARGES
Amerigas confirms that homeowners should not be charged a gas meter charge for service in the Preserve. If you have been getting billed, contact the District Manager, Donald Taylor, at [email protected] .

WASHINGTONIA PALMS
A number of Washingtonia Palms have grown beyond an aesthetic height and may no longer serve as attractive landscaping elements. High removal of dead fronds in order to maintain attractiveness may be costly and unsafe. Additionally, some may pose a hazard to property if felled by high winds. The Board of Directors recognizes this situation and upon submission by homeowners of a completed Architectural Control Committee form requesting removal for a legitimate reason, the Architectural Committee may look favorably upon such request. Homeowners may or may not be required to replace the removed palms with similar or alternate, more manageable landscaping elements as agreed upon.

2015 FINANCIAL REPORT AVAILABLE
In accordance with subsection (7) of Chapter 720.303, Florida State Statutes, a copy of the Accountant’s Statement of Cash Receipts and Disbursements for the year ended December 31, 2015 is available to Association members free of charge upon request. Individual homeowners may request a copy of the Financial Report by one of the following methods: calling in the request to the management company at (813) 264-1119; by faxing a request to (813) 265-2598; by sending a request by mail to the Trowbridge company, inc., P.O. Effective September 10, 2015, the Board of Directors has authorized the north community entrance gate to be left open upon homeowner valid request from 1- 4 PM, or a portion of such period, on Saturdays or Sundays to allow homeowners who are selling their home the opportunity to have Open Houses.

Requests from homeowners hosting an Open House to activate the open gate policy for either Saturday or Sunday must be received in the Management office no later than 1200 noon the Monday prior to the desired Saturday or Sunday. The gate will not be kept open unless an open house is properly scheduled

The gate can only be opened and closed by a volunteer Board or Committee member.
